The conventional pricing structure includes a quarterly administration charge, which can make choosing special "non-geographical" numbers prohibitively expensive. CommRich Limited charges an initial setup fee, with only the 0800 numbers incurring a 4p per minute call rate. The 0845 and 0870 are totally free to run.
