Virgin Media manipulates the digital TV prices.

Pressbox (Press Release) - Virgin is a company which is not only a network provider for mobile phone services but also provides services like fiber optic cable broadband, home phone services and Digital TV services. The company used to broadcast channels in collaboration with Sky TV. And after a long discussion the company has decided to change the slab at which the services were provided. The new price in relation to sky channels will be effective from the start of July.

Virgin Media provides bundled services containing broadband, home telephone service and digital TV. There are various schemes available and the user can choose the best suited deals. The new as well as the existing members subscribers if XL, L or M+ deals will be able to keep a single Sky Sports or Sky Movies channel at a revised price of £13.50 per month.

In another deal the Virgin Media provides Sky Sports collection at a mere price of £20.50 per month and the Sky Movies Collection at mere £19.50 per month.

There was one more change in the prices in which Virgin Media offered both the Sky Sports Collection and Sky Movies Collections in a combo pack at a revised rate of £27.50 a month.

The News regarding the changes in the prices was in air only after the Virgin Media sold its own digital TV channels to Sky as a part of a £160 million deal worth a total considerations.
