Telinet continues to build upon a successful start to the year with a rewarding trip to Las Vegas for its high performing sales team.
Telinet believes rewarding staff for high performance is an excellent way to increase staff retention and keep moral high. In order to qualify for the incentive the team were given a target which was the equivalent of 150% of their normal monthly gross profit figure.
“Las Vegas is a crazy place and is a perfect location to celebrate our success over the past three months” Said the Sales Director Matthew Lambert “as everyone knows there is increasing competition in this sector and we have to work hard to continue growing the business. Rewarding our sales team with events such as this ensures the team is happy and works hard, but has the opportunity to let their hair down.”
The turnover of Telinet has grown year on year, and 2005 looks to be no exception to that.
