BT iNet approves MESSAGEmanager for Cisco

St Albans, UK, 14 October 2009: BT iNet has selected MESSAGEmanager from convergence distributor ICON as its preferred SMS and FAX solution for its Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) customer solutions.
MESSAGEmanager integrates an organisations separate communications applications into its existing business software to provide a cost effective, unified, and managed messaging capability. It adds in-bound and out-bound Fax, SMS and TELEX services to business applications. MESSAGEmanager scales from meeting the communication needs of a small business or department to the providing the diverse requirements of an enterprise-wide solution.

BT iNet will focus on marketing MESSAGEmanager to its new and existing Cisco Unified Communications customers. ICON will provide additional assistance to BT iNet with developing the opportunity and providing ongoing product support and maintenance.
