ptl adds DryAir, CO2-Free and CO-Extractor to product palette

Products of Technology Ltd (ptl), the award-winning Scottish gas generator manufacturer has announced the addition of a new range of dryers and extractors to their product palette of gas generating equipment.
The DryAir Range delivers ultra-dry air which is essential for many industrial and laboratory applications, with a range of models (MINI, MIDI and MAXI), delivering a wide range of flow rates from 0.05 m3/hr to 103.63 m3/hr. Each DryAir model is the most compact dryer in its class whilst DryAir MINI is “the most compact, least expensive source of ultra-dry air”.
The CO2-Free Range delivers dry air free of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) with flow rates up to 5.94 m3/hr and the CO-Extractor Range delivers dry air free of Carbon Monoxide (CO) with flow rates up to 14.44 m3/hr.
Developed by MTI-PUREGAS of Westminster, Colorado, USA, each range employs Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to remove water vapour and CO2 or CO from ordinary compressed air and the resulting air leads to improved process quality, reduced equipment downtime and lower operation costs. All three ranges are also ideal for OEM and point-of-use applications where reliability, performance, quality, size and cost savings are important issues. The units are easily installed and require no regular maintenance.
