“A boiler flue gas analyser for all reasons and all seasons”

The UniGas 2000 Plus, professional class, flue gas analyser incorporates combustion analysis and boiler tuning in a single, rugged, compact, hand held unit. The unit, which is designed for testing gas appliances, domestic and industrial boilers and furnaces, can measure flue gas temperature, ambient air temperature, O2, CO, draught and pressure. Calculations of CO2, CO/CO2 ratio, excess air and gross/net efficiency are displayed instantly on a large LCD display.

Up to 250 readings can be stored for later retrieval, recorded instantly via an in-built printer, or sent to an external cordless HP printer. The unit is also available with windows software for more professional reports.
Reliable and accurate electrochemical sensors measure the oxygen and carbon monoxide concentrations. These values, together with the flue gas and combustion air temperatures, are used to calculate the efficiency, excess air and CO2 in compliance with legislation. The CO/CO2 ratio quickly indicates the serviceable condition of a boiler. The calculations are made for most common fuels (natural gas, LPG, diesel oil and fuel oil) and six additional fuels that can be programmed.

Other operative modes include draught measurement and report printing. The draught measurement is carried out through an internal sensor connected to the standard sampling probe. The optional on-board printer (impact type) utilises standard paper rolls, allowing the operator to generate comprehensive reports. Depending on the options chosen the analyser can be used as a thermometer, ambient CO detector, gas leak detector, differential pressure meter and an ionisation flame tester.

Designed to meet BS7927, TUV, ISO, Gastec QA Criteria, GOST, Qualigaz and UNI 10389, this really is an analyser for all reasons and all seasons.
