Added: (Sun Mar 24 2002)
Aberdeen-based Escape Business Technologies latest recruit, Michael Hartland, completes a six hundred percent increase in the Escape team in the space of twelve months. Escape, which operates across the north east of Scotland and delivers network support and IT consultancy to its clients, has seen a six fold growth in staff numbers since the company was set up in February 1999, by Directors Mike Bain and Robin Parkinson.
Newest team member, Michael Hartland, is originally from Hampshire, and previously worked in the oil and gas sector as a PC Co-ordinator and PC Builder. Michael joins Escape as a Systems Engineer for the rapidly expanding company.
Says Director Mike Bain, “Michael brings an excellent skills base with him to this newly created position. His experience in the oil and gas sector will be a valuable asset to Escape, as will his creative ideas for website development. He is enthusiastic and keen, and he joins a young, hungry team which is dedicated to Escape’s managed plan for growth in the network support and IT consultancy fields.”
More expansion is in the pipeline for Escape Business Technologies, with recruitment underway for an additional two newly created posts in both the sales and administration teams.
Escape operates across Scotland from the Aberdeen base. Escape can be contacted on 01224 630600 or at www.escape-tech.co.uk.
