M-Tech Announces Product Validation with BMC Software

Integration between the M-Tech Identity Management Suite and BMC Help Desk Solutions is a Winning Combination
Calgary, AB March 28, 2006 M-Tech Information Technology, Inc., a leading provider of identity management solutions, today announced completion of product validation with BMC. M-Tech’s identity management products integrate with BMC’s products, including BMC Magic Service Desk and BMC Remedy Action Request System. These integrations were tested and validated by Quality Partners, an independent third-party.
The integration automatically creates, updates and closes help desk trouble tickets to reflect password management and identity management events. The integration also includes functionality of M-Tech Identity Management Suite to create, modify and remove login Ids on the AR System and Magic Service Desk. Finally, security request forms developed natively in the AR System and Magic Service Desk can be connected to the M-Tech Identity Management Suite, to automatically provision, modify or deactivate user objects on any system on the network.
