DIGITAL GLU ANNOUNCES OEM AGREEMENT WITH POINT CLARK NETWORKS
TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, JANUARY 27, 2005: Digital Glu Inc. of Toronto is delighted to announce an OEM agreement with Point Clark Networks Limited (PCNL), also of Toronto, to sell a branded version of PCNL’s Linux Appliance Software, effective immediately. Point Clark Networks’ software was selected as the base platform for Digital Glu’s line of home automation products. The agreement also provides PCNL’s Device Manager and Device Web Services network infrastructure allowing Digital Glu to deploy ‘edge-device’ services and entertainment distribution functionality.
