February 18, 2008--According to the US department of labor, over 2 millions American quit their jobs in December 2007 (note 1). That is 1.5% of the total employment in the US. Recruiters are left with a pool of candidates that are consistent with the job requirements and specifications.

With that in mind, Stryden Harvester incorporates Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Interactive Web-based Technology. Reports would then be generated and sent to clients for review. Clients that prefer the internet can have candidates complete their assessment over the internet.
