SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

British wrestling is making a huge comeback and here is your chance to grab a slice of the action.

Appearances on BIG BREAKFAST, THE WRIGHT STUFF, articles in the EDP and Evening News and plans with the Sun, a photo shoot with MARIE CLAIRE and more TV appearances in negotiation mean that it is set for a return to television. A broadcast contract is in negotiation.

WAW are filling venues all around the country but the first major event for Fightmare is on 21st April 2001 at the Norwich Sport Village.

This will be presented to SKY as 2 x 60 minute programmes which are planned to go to air.

After that we’ll be planning the series. Once the series is running, everyone wants to be a sponsor. We will give priority in sponsorship to people who decide to help us now.

ON THE BILL FOR FIGHTMARE
NORWICH SPORT VILLAGE
21 APRIL 2001

BATTLEKAT V JIMMY OCEAN
Battlekat is a mysterious character who hides behind his red and white cat costume and mask. He is only small, but a brilliant high flyer and really fast. Pint-sized veteran Jimmy Ocean is tough, fearless and will try anything.
Fur will fly - Meow!

HARDCORE MATCH
BULK V SKULL MURPHY
Everyone loves to hate hardcore Bulk. He’s the biggest guy in wrestling with a huge presence and a personality to match. He’ll be up against old-time hard man, Skull Murphy.

LADDER MATCH
JODIE FLASH V ZEBRA KID
Watch out for Flash’s speciality high-flying manoeuvres never before performed in a British ring. He’s up against self-acclaimed sexy thing Zebra Kid, another great technical wrestler.

GIRLS TAG
SWEET SARAYA & NICKY BEST V
SHEENA SUMMERS & JULIE STARR
Britain’s first lady of wrestling, otherwise known as Sweet Saraya, is a gutsy hard fighter and a tag team partner of Nicky Best. These two are the bad girls of wrestling and they are set to challenge the lovely Sheena Summer and Julie Starr.

DANGEROUS DANNY BOY COLLINS V JAMES MASON
Danny Boy Collins has been around and seen it all. He’ll be using his years of experience and muscle against the hugely talented and internationally popular James Mason.

TABLES & CHAIRS MATCH
BIG DAVE WATERS V LEE MAXX
Huge, powerful and arrogant, Big Dave is taking on the Maxx who is only half his size! If Lee survives this match he’s destined to have a huge future.

RICKY KNIGHT V HOT STUFF
The quickest heavyweight with the big personality, Ricky Knight faces the entertaining, hip swingin’ crowd favourite, Hot Stuff.

ROB BROOKSIDE V HIGHLANDER DREW McDONALD
Will Rob Brookside’s surfing good looks and charm be enough to defeat the Highlander or will the most hated wrestler in Britain unkindly rearrange Rob’s face?

BRIXTON BRAWLER & CRASH V
PAUL TYRELL & NATHANIAL
The Baseball nutters are taking on 2 of Britain’s new-comers. Let’s just hope they can keep their make-up on!
