Yorkshire Divers, Travel Dive and theDeepStop re-launched their
respective sites this week under the “Diving Network” banner with a
focus on closer integration between the Network sites.

The Network includes the largest diving community in Europe, articles
and digital media accounts as well as a Blog network for divers.

“This will be a great resource for the 200,000+ visitors a month to the
Diving Network sites, who want to meet and share experiences with other
divers" said Alan Edwards co-founder of the Diving Network.

Articles from destinations all over the world will now be easy to find
on the Google,

With the launch, Yorkshire Divers has a new look forum, which shares a
common platform with Travel Dive, a media and world dive travel
specialist website. Jay Bolt at Yorkshire Divers and Network co-founder
said, “I am very excited with the closer integration with Travel Dive
and the state of the art features they offer”.

John Boyle, founder of Shark Bay Films has published an article for the
launch (part of a trilogy) based on his favourite world diving
destinations using the video streaming technology provided by the
Network. Alan Edwards said, “Now nothing is left to the imagination”,
when asked about the article by John Boyle which uses streamed clips of
the film makers work.

“The closer integration between the Network sites will provide the
ultimate experience for divers on the web” said Andy Carrol, a
Yorkshire-Diver and the brains behind the Network Blog site, theDeepStop.

Roan Lavery, webmaster at the Diving Network said, “The key to the
success of the concept has been the close integration of the sites in
terms of design and functionality across different web medium”.

With world firsts in providing media content, scuba divers can utilize
technology such as Google Maps, Video streaming to find or see what they
want, “this is a big step for the Yorkshire Divers community”, said Jay
Bolt at Yorkshire Divers.

The Diving Network is now looking to grow with an affiliate scheme for
other diving related web sites, which can share a common portal with the
other Network sites.
