Redline secure a new sponsor for 2006.

Persistance pays off as Redline struggle to develope the Volvo D12 electronic engine for racing. Unknown to Redline we were being watched by the engine manufacturer via our website and at race meetings. Seeing for themselves the keen, enthusiastic and determination of Redline to develope an engine without any manufacturers assistance, we were approached. By attending the Thruxton race and getting a feel for the racing atmosphere and seeing first hand the potential of being involved in truck racing, Steve was invited to their head office.
The project was discussed and a deal was set up. The name of the international "blue chip" engine manufacture can not be released until they have made an official press release which will be before the Brands Hatch weekend.
Redline can release that we are having a new engine built with full manufacturers backing for 2006. The prototype should be fitted for the Brands Hatch weekend for testing and developement.
