International Charity Fund “For Future of Fencing” Seminar for Fencing Coaches to Take Place in Amst

Added: (Sun Aug 17 2008)

The International Charity Fund “For Future of Fencing” will sponsor a seminar for fencing coaches. Approximately 40 representatives from 30 countries have currently registered to attend the seminar in Amsterdam where it will be hosted.

The fund started this new form of coaching for fencing trainers over two years ago and has seen such outstanding results that the Federation Internationale Escrime (FIE) has also begun to offer similar seminars.

The founder of the International Charity Fund “For Future of Fencing”, Alisher Usmanov, and president of the fund, Alexandr Mikhailov, have every intention to continue regular coaching seminars. Both men recognize that such seminars are essential for the future growth of modern fencing and that this training is essential in the development of world fencing.

The seminars are of the highest professional level and all tutors are prominent sportsmen from within the world of fencing and have included world champions and Olympic games winners.
