Pressbox (Press Release) - The legendary former world boxing champion Roberto Duran is to make a flying visit to the UK next month, when he will be attending a sporting dinner at Newcastle upon Tyne. At the dinner Roberto will meet Scotlands Ken Buchanan whom he took the lightweight world crown from during 1972. It will be their first meeting since their epic fight some 30 years ago, so their meeting will be both emotional and historic for both ring legends. The event has been organised by Martyn Devlin, who stages such events on behalf of the Bilton Hall Amateur boxing club that he runs in Jarrow.
