Fluppet.com announces Darts Heroes calendar
The pioneering greetings card company, Fluppet.com, has announced a ‘Darts Heroes’ 2010 calendar featuring Europe’s leading darts players.
An ideal Christmas present for the county’s millions of darts fans, the new calendar – as with Fluppet.com’s greeting cards – can personalised and ordered on-line. Available in two sizes, the full colour glossy ring-bound calendars cost £5.99 for A4 and £7.99 for A3, are despatched within 48 hours.
The calendar features exclusive pictures taken by leading sports photographer Chris Sergeant, with the most popular darts players – Phil Taylor, Eric Bristow, Anastasia, James Wade, Raymond Von Barnveld, Marvin King, Terry Jenkins, Michael Van Gerwin, Dennis Priestly, Wayne Mardle, Bob Anderson plus legendary TV commentator Sid Waddell.
Fluppet.com creator Peter Bolton, who also runs the printing firm Promotion House in Edenbridge in Kent said, “This time of year orders peak for calendars and desk planners and given the popularity of darts we have decided to create a special Darts Heroes calendar.”
“After a trend of sending e-cards at Christmas, many of our business customers have returned to ordering personalised cards,” added Bolton who made the service available on-line and widened the option for individual customers to send one-off cards, using their own wording and photos or choose from our thousands of stock images.
Photographers and artists, professional and amateur, with images they which to submit for inclusion in Fluppet.com’s stock greetings cards, should request a licence agreement via the company’s website. Fluppet.com pays royalty payments of 15p each time an image is used.

Chris Sargeant is the official photographer of the Professional darts Players Association whose awards include Image Magazine’s Overall Digital Photographer of the Year 2007.
