EQU’LA’s stirrup rides to the rescue of your foot

Added: (Fri Jan 18 2008)

EQU’LA of France, a designer of ergonomic riding accessories, has just launched the K’vaLL – an innovative stirrup for the whole foot. Its integral platform enables the whole surface of the foot, including the heel, to be used, which results in improved balance. Its suspension triangle stabilises the rider’s leg, thus making it easier for the rider’s centre of gravity to align with that of the horse.

As well as offering improved balance and stability, the K’vaLL stirrup provides other important benefits. The adjustable angle and stabilised, horizontal platform favour muscular relaxation and improve cushioning quality, as well as increasing comfort for riders, enabling them to ride for longer. The K’vaLL stirrup also guarantees total safety, which is unrivalled on the market.

The front cage prevents the foot from getting stuck while the rear pin and the rear angles unclip automatically in the event of a fall. The stirrup also has a non-slip surface. Moreover, by making horse riding easier, the stirrup enhances the sporting performance of both the rider and the horse.

The K’vaLL stirrup is suitable for use by beginners, who will feel safer and therefore progress faster, as well as by skilled riders who will be able to react more easily to the movements of their horse. It also makes it safer and easier for partially disabled people to take up horse riding.

The K’vaLL stirrup, which is designed and produced entirely in France, is made of fibreglass reinforced composite material.
