Coventry City donate gift to Macedonian FA

Coventry City have teamed-up with local business 4 Club & Country to create a unique gift for the Macedonian FA.
The Sky Blues commissioned a bespoke ‘half and half’ shirt from the company, to mark this Friday’s European Championship under-21 qualifier between England and Macedonia.
The framed shirt, which represents both nations, will be presented to Macedonia before kick-off.
Nathan Kosky, commercial director at Coventry City, said: “We’ve worked closely with 4 Club & Country before, and their shirts have become established in football during recent years.
“We wanted something that would represent not just the club, but the city, and working with a creative local business to create the shirt achieves that.
“It’s an occasion we are all relishing and we look forward to welcoming England back to the Ricoh, along with the Macedonian squad and supporters.”
Stuart Pearce’s side meet Macedonia for the second time in qualification, knowing a win will keep pressure on current group leaders Greece.
The match at the Ricoh Arena is England’s first on home soil during qualification for the 2011 tournament, with tickets priced at £10 for adults and £5 for children and fans can pay on the gate.
Paul Sullivan, director of 4 Club & Country, said: “We often have requests for one-offs and this is something we’re delighted to have taken part with.
“It’s great to have international football in Coventry and to have created a lasting memento of the occasion for the Macedonian FA is something we are very proud to have been a part of.”
