Betting Update; I'm A Celebrity Betting Odds with the bookmakers making Joe Swash their 4/1 favourit

Added: (Wed Nov 12 2008)

Jungle fever is here again, with the start of the seventh instalment of I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! Another array of celebrities will make their way into the Australian outback in a bid to be crowned king or queen of the jungle and in doing so restoring their flagging careers.

Each celebrity will have a nominated charity which will generate cash every time the viewers vote to keep their favourite stars in the show, so the longer they stay in the more cash they get for their good causes.

As always Ant and Dec will make this 'must see TV' as the double act take the contestants through various 'Bushtucker Trials' and challengers in order to win both popularity and food for the camp.

They say it each year, but the show has promised to make this one better than the last, with more gruesome trials and harder living conditions. So with all this thrown into the mix one things certain expect plenty more blubbering, bed hopping and bug eating.

Past winners have seen four kings and two queens of the jungle, as Tony Blackburn won the first series, Phil Tufnell, Kerry Katona, Joe Pasquale after that, Carol Thatcher was the most popular in 2005, former Busted star Matt Willis took the crown two years ago, while it was panto star Christopher Biggins who stole the show 12 months ago.

With all the twists and turns over past series’ expect over 15 million people to watch their jungle stay unfold, and with some fierce betting activity the bookmakers are sure to get stuck into another series in what should be one of their most competitive events in the specials category yet.
