The Original America’s Most Unwanted Cards

Added: (Tue Jun 24 2003)

Pressbox (Press Release) - During the recent conflict with Iraq, many public figures chose to exercise their constitutionally protected right to free speech to criticize President Bush and his decision to rid the world of an individual who was clearly a threat to the well being of this country. Many of those who chose to speak out decided to do so despite the fact that they were no better informed of the true facts behind the President’s decision than any other private citizen. Since the average person does not have access to the media to express their support of the President and his actions, America’s Poster created the original America’s Most Unwanted playing cards so that people can be reminded of who stood where when this country and it’s leaders needed support. The resulting deck of playing cards is a humorous depiction of a 55 of these public figures.
This unique set of cards has been available since April 2003. While these are regulation playing cards, it is our hope at America’s Poster that the public will use them as a reminder of which celebrities and politicians supported American inaction in the face of a threat to our national security. The full deck of cards is available for viewing on the company web site, www.americasposter.com.
The latest creation from Americas Poster, the Democratic Voodoo Doll, will be available July 2003. The Dolls depict a variety of Democratic Party leaders, including the nine Democratic presidential candidates. Photographs of the complete doll line-up are also available on www.americasposter.com.
