Mumbai, 12th January, 2012 – Frangipani welcomes back Chef Jordi Gimeno to host a Spanish Carnival, offering regional delicacies from across the country, from 12th to 20th January, 2012 at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Barcelona native Chef Jordi will prepare indigenous Spanish classics, and regale palates with a selection of assorted tapas and Pinchos; Valecian favourite, Fideuà, a noodle specialty, served with allioli sauce; and varied Mar I Muntanyas, variety of preparations made with seafood and meat.

Savour Catalan beans with Pumpkin; Sweetbread of lamb with pistachio and black olives; Tuna casserole; and a variety of paellas with lobster, black rice, and Serrano ham, with a new flavour every day!

Dessert specialties include regional favourites such as Catalan Crème Brulee; Spanish Tartin from the Canary Islands; Santiago Tart from Galicia; and Sweet Tart from the south of Spain.

The Frangipani Food Theatre presents the Spanish Carnival for lunch, from 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and dinner, from 7.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m., from 12th to 20th January, 2012.
