Ethical Jobs launches their green directory of ethical businesses and organisations

Added: (Sat Mar 25 2006)

Ethical-jobs.com, the UKs fastest growing website for jobs with a conscience, has launched its own interrnet directory to provide an easily accessible source of information about businesses and organisations that operate to green or ethical standards.
The directory has been broken down into twenty five distinct categories that range from business services, containing organisations that offer everything from solar powered hosting for your website to marketing services, a section for companies that deliver organic food, environmentally friendly clothing suppliers, NGOs and campaigning organisations, ethical media and publishing companies and much more.
The directory can be reached in a single click from any page within the Ethical Jobs website making it a useful tool for both jobseekers and general visitors to the site who want access to a comprehensive list of businesses in a single place as well as for those organisations wishing to raise their profile in an environment used directly by their core market.
There is no charge to organisations wishing to be listed in the directory. The only condition is that they meet certain ethical criteria and this will be judged by the Ethical Jobs team who will visit their website before adding it to the directory to make sure that its inclusion is appropriate.
Those organisations or businesses who would like to be featured can submit their details by filling out a short form on the main directory page of the Ethical Jobs website.
