The growing demand for DNA tests in the UK is demonstrated by a 20% increase in the number of DNA relationship tests carried out over the last 3 years, with 10,000 tests completed in the UK in 2006. Over ten years ago, a DNA paternity test was priced between �800 and �1,000. Over the last year, however, test prices have been reduced due to technological enhancements of analysis equipment.

On its tenth anniversary, DNA Solutions is delighted to announce a significant breakthrough in the UK DNA testing market. DNA Solutions has today become the first company in the UK to exclusively offer a �99 DNA home paternity test for father, mother & child.

Customers contacting DNA Solutions can order a DNA home testing kit. This is dispatched from our London base via the postal service. Customers will receive the DNA testing kit with instructions, order form, company brochure and mouth swabs to collect DNA from each individual to be tested. The mouth swab is similar to a q-tip brush. Once the swab is unpacked, the individual will rub the head of the brush against the inside of the mouth, collecting DNA cells from the inner cheek. They will then simply place the swab back into the sterile pouch, seal and return it to DNA Solutions� laboratory for analysis.
