Is this the best ghost picture ever?

Is this the clearest picture of a "ghost" yet?
Some weeks ago, The Phantom or Fraud Project took a small investigation team to the USA to research the work of "Sargel18" aka Bryan Williams. Bryan had claimed to have found an inter-dimensional gateway or "vortex" in Wannaque New Jersey.
We were stunned by a number of pictures taken by our own team, and Bryan whilst working at the "vortex" over a seven day period. These pictures were analysed by professional photographers, and our own expert Graham Matthews, a photographer and serving Police Officer, and were listed as "of a paranormal or unknown origin".
One of these pictures is shown below, and was taken just after one of the clairvoyant team had seen something in the same area. The main photo has not been enhanced in any way other than to highlight the obvious face. The insert, is a lightened only version in close-up.
The picture was taken on a digital camera, which remained in our sight at all times until uploaded to the PC. Our crew witnessed the upload to PC and no enhancements or other modifications were made.
We have spent the period between the investigation and now, looking at any possible scientific or logical explanations for the picture, and consulting many different experts. There appears to be none! We believe this may be the best paranormal photograph ever taken.
