TV production company in ambitious takeover bid

Dunstable based television production company Galaxi, are poised to become a broadcaster, in a bold move takeover move announced this morning.
Managing Director Ross Hemsworth, is in high level discussions with numerous venture capitalists with a view to acquiring WHERE ITS AT TV who were granted an administration order last week.
Where Its At, based near the Trocadero in Piccadilly, London, is a youth orientated channel broadcasting on the digital network, but Galaxi want to transform it to a paranormal channel, possibly allowing Where Its At to continue broadcasting up until 9 p.m. each night.
Galaxi made the news recently when they discovered new evidence of life after death whilst filming THE GHOST DETECTIVES, a paranormal programme airing on UK Horizons in October.
Managing Director Ross Hemsworth, said "Galaxi is a fast track company, that doesn't wish to sit around waiting for TV commissioners to see how good we are, and this is the first of a number of planned acquisitions, we have also been looking at some of the mid-range production companies, that would give us programmes already on air, and increase our management team"
