Pressbox (Press Release) - When a concert to celebrate Bulgaria joining the EU is being planned at the Embassy in London by its new ambassador he needs to ensure that the Queen of England attends. However things don’t quiet go to plan…with corrupt staff and criminal gangs operating out of the embassy’s kitchens and the ambassador falling in love with a stripper, and a little misunderstanding with a PR firm that provides look-alike royals – The ambassadors simple task starts to turn into a chaotic nightmare….
The film stars Alan Ford, Tomas Arana, Ralph Brown, Julian Vergov and Ana Papadopulu and is the first feature film of Dimitar Mitovski who was twice nominated for his shorts in Cannes 2005 and 2007- Get The Rabbit Back and Rabbit Troubles.
This is the first UK, Hungary, Macedinian, Sweden, Bulgarian co-production. The Producers are Ivan Doykov, Dimitri Mitovski, Laslo Kantor, Ognen Antov, Fredrik Zander of SIA, UJ Budapest filmstudio, Dream Factory (MK), Republiken (SW), Film I Vast and Fidelity Films.
The film is a comedy of mistaken identities in the vein of P.G. Woodhouse.
Stealth Media Group is screening a work in progress promo at AFM and the film will screen in Berlin 2010.
Stealth Media Group is an all rights Film Distributor and International Film and TV sales company.
