Stealth Media Group Signs The Mortician 3D. Shooting starts November 16th in Louisiana.

Pressbox (Press Release) - From Belladonna (Rene Bastian, Linda Moran and Adam Folk), the producers who brought you hit indie films such as Transamerica, Funny Games, The Caller and The Good Guy, in association with Molinare, Film and Music Entertainment Ltd and Full Circle Films (Rhys Thomas, Gareth Maxwell Roberts) producers of the award-winning Kill Kill Faster Faster, comes The Mortician 3D a gritty, urban drama in the style of David Fincher’s Seven.
The film is a co-production between UK based Full Circle Films and Belladonna Productions in New York.
Rhys Thomas left the world of corporate finance to set up Full Circle Films in 2005. He has a track record of putting together successful equity funds and will use this expertise to develop the Full Circle Films brand.
The Mortician 3D is the first UK independent film to be shot in digital 3D. Gareth’s aim for The Mortician 3D is that the audience will have an almost holographic experience, helping them to feel immersed in the film and its characters. This genre of film-making has not been attempted using the new stereoscopic 3D technology.
The film will be shot for a budget of £4m and already has a very exciting cast attached including global hip-hop star and new face of Adidas, Method Man (The Wackness, How High, Garden state), Angelic Zambrana (Fighting, and the Oscar nominated Precious: based on the novel Push by Sapphire) and in talks with rising UK actor Tom Hardy (Bronson, RocknRolla, Mad Max 4), Edward Furlong (Terminator 2, American History X) and among others.
Stealth Media Group is an all rights Film Distributor and International Film and TV sales company. SMG was formed in November 2008 by Sean O’Kelly, founder of film distributor; Go For It Entertainment along with film producers Michael L Cowan and Jason Piette of Spice Factory, one of Europe’s most dynamic independent production companies involved in production and structured film financing.
Head of sales is Juan Vista who was recently director of sales at First look Studios and Nu Image Entertainment and over the last 8 years has sold films such as: Dungeons and Dragons 2, Righteous Kill, Afterlife, An American Crime, A Guide To Recognising Your Saints, The Loss Of A Teardrop Diamond, Religulous and many others. Juan Vista is located in LA with Jason Piette and reports in to the Joint CEO’s – Michael L Cowan and Sean O’Kelly.
The Mortician 3D is the first film being backed by MediaPro, which was recently launched as a minimum guarantee fund which has an exclusive relationship with Stealth Media Group
