New Public NetCasting Exchange setup

Added: (Tue Sep 27 2005)

A new Not-for-profit organisation has opened its doors to netcasters - people who run free public radio stations on the internet.

Its aim is to give free help, through forums to people who run these stations.

Not only giving help, they also aim to be providing a first class programming.

This is allready occuring with a news broadcast being prepaired 3 (three) times a day for IT news.

Tim Groeneveld, the lead operations officer of the "RadioXchange" website said "this is possibly the best thing that has happened for public radio".

It allows for any broadcaster to gain contact with any other internet broadcaster that is like them - Public and free.

You can see this site by going to:

http://radioxchange.zapto.org or
http://radioexchange.zapto.org

Both domains goto two different servers.
