Datwave Launches “LIV Magazine” an Informative, Educational and Entertaining Local Magazine, Published Globally in Each City

Friday, December 19, 2003, St.Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

Datawave officials have announced today an acquisition of the “Canada Today Magazine” owned by DAP Media Inc which will result in an expansion of Datwave’s existing media coverage throughout Canada and the world.

In February 2004, Datwave’s newly formed “Print” department, in addition to providing businesses with complete printing services, will be launching the first issue of a monthly magazine “LIV”.

LIV Magazine is an informative city magazine with an expected viewing audience between 7 and 107 years of age, covering local interests, news, employment, entertainment, advertising and classifieds and is designed to promote healthy living in urban environments as well as networking local businesses to better the local economy.

The LIV magazine will be published by Datwave Inc, an international internet development company with representatives in 48 countries around the world. The objective of the LIV magazine, in addition to the entertaining and educational features for local residences, is to provide the public with a familiar city guide for travelers and business people around the world.

According to Datwave’s media marketing director Mr. Daniel Pasco “the intention is to give travelers a good starting reference of the city they are visiting. To find out more about employment, real-estate, entertainment and attractions of a city, travelers will be able to search our on-line records for a particular city LIV Magazine, order a hard copy or simply pick up a copy upon their arrival”.

LIV will be a magazine, distributed free of charge to the public and will be conveniently available throughout each major city in the world.
