Following the raging success of its phenomenal debut sell-out End of Term event at Leeds Club Nato, leading global club-brand The Lick today (1st November 2001) revealed plans to return to Leeds with a massive event to be held at Leeds infamous Evolution Nightclub on 19th December 2001. The event will be headlined by the world's top DJs Dr Zeus, Panjabi Hit Squad, Surinder Rattan, Bassment Jatts, Back II Basix, Hanif H-bomb, Mydas Crew, AVS, DG, Marvin Swiftfinger and Kenny B.
Along with live performances from chart-topping Bhangra band Sahara and UK Garage sensation Kartik.
CRAZY BLUE Entertainment have arranged numerous events on the Asian circuit over the years, ranging from Club events to Charity fashion shows as well as Melas, Asian balls and Outdoor music concerts. CBE have also helped with many cultural and religious festivals.
And now CBE are here with DESI STARS Asian Talent Search. DESI STARS is the search FOR TWO singers (1 male 1 female), a rapper, and a MC to be the voice of the new generation of British Asians across the UK.
The winners will each receive a one-album contract with a leading UK record label.
Another category has also been introduced by public demand, which is
BEST DANCER. The winner of this category will receive a £100 cash prize.
The event is open to anyone wishing to audition in front of a crowd. The minimum age for entry is eighteen (18), however entrants must register by Wednesday 12th
