From “The Worst” to “Beyond Belief,” RVShark Delights, Incites

Pressbox (Press Release) - RVShark (http://www.rvshark.com) has gained the attention of travelers for its useful, unique collection of raw, RVer-written RV park reviews.

Sometimes scathing, sometimes praising, and always entertaining, RVShark’s reviews rely on comments submitted by real RVer’s. One visitor to a Colorado RV Park recently offered, “the park is close to a sewage treatment plant…there may be seepage into the ground water.” Another, feeling misled by a well-known printed campground guide, described a Florida park as “run down…(name of printed guide) rated this campground way too high from our experience.”

RVShark has been cheered by travelers and attacked by some park owners. One RVer, having stayed at a park on RVShark’s recommendation, told RVShark, “stayed here one weekend recently because of the positive review in RV Shark. Everything was true." The manager of a Texas park that was criticized on RVShark recently pleaded, “have the decency to contact park owners or managers or our Winter Texans before you start trashing a park you have not even seen. We take great pride in our facility and you have no right to trash something you personally don't know anything about.”

Whether harsh or kind, opinions submitted to RVShark that are deemed sincere are published. Reviews are submitted by RVer’s through the Internet, at http://www.rvshark.com/review.htm.
