Pressbox (Press Release) -
Global Radio News is offering all content free to broadcasters in February
Since going live in third quarter 2001 the company has built on its reputation as an independent content provider to broadcasters world-wide. Global Radio News offers the first four weeks free to all new clients as part of its introductory offer, whenever they join. This policy ensures new clients fully understand the practicalities of using the GRN system, while the company can assist in technical matters such as transferring downloaded digital audio files from the GRN website into stations' play-out systems.
'Free February 2002' is targeted at broadcasters and other audio content consumers as well as providing a demonstration for new potential clients and interested parties. This promotion is also aimed at existing clients who have had access to the service from it's inception but have not benefited from GRN's 'first month free' policy.
The month will run for four weeks from Monday, February 4 2002 through Friday, March 1 2002, inclusive. Throughout this time, GRN will concentrate on ensuring that stations are using the service to their best advantage as well as marketing the service aggressively to other broadcasters around the world.
During this period Global Radio News will provide regular news reports from key news locations throughout Europe, North America, Africa, Australia, South America and Asia, as well as following usual news, sports, business and entertainment agenda.
At the end of this period, Global Radio News will return usage to its traditional pay-per-use model.
