The Birmingham Association of Black Journalists is offering scholarships for students who desire to become professional journalists and are pursuing degrees to prepare them for their careers.
Scholarships are available for academics and for professional development. Students must be a resident of the state of Alabama and enrolled at an accredited college in any state, pursuing a degree in broadcasting, journalism or related areas (graphic design, news photography, etc.)
