e-district launch low-cost, cross-platform iTV advertising packages.

e-district, the iTV entertainment company has launched two new iTV advertising packages. Both are fully inclusive of media, design and data capture in an effort to provide a cost-effective means for brands to trial iTV across several leading platforms.

The “campaign” and “sponsorship” packages enable advertisers to address viewers across NTL, Telewest and ITV Active through a unified campaign strategy.

Jennifer Allsop, Head of Strategic Partnerships, comments, “For some time advertisers seeking iTV exposure have been discouraged by cost, fragmented reach and lack of flexibility. We believe that the ability to deliver more creative campaigns easily across several platforms incorporating data capture facilities will help address these issues.”

“Campaign” packages are intended to provide a wide distribution of advertising inventory. “Sponsorship” packages focus on popular entertainment content, including e-district’s forthcoming pay-per-play iTV games.
