Website relaunch for SPLA

MSO.net has recently re-launched the SPLA’s website - www.spla.co.uk, updating the site’s design, content and online joining facilities.

As well as having a news and events diary section and details of branch locations, the website provides details of the benefits to new and existing landlords registered with the SPLA including:

- Competitive rates for buildings and contents insurance;
- Legal defence and tax protection expenses scheme;
- Free helpline for practical or legal advice;
- Templates for tenancy agreements, notices or procedures;
- Online landlord handbook for members;
- Free quarterly newsletter;
- Option to utilise online property advertising service;
- Details of discounts on decorating, building materials and fire safety equipment.

About the SPLA
The SPLA (Southern Private Landlords Association) has been in existence for over 30 years and is a non-profit making organisation representing good residential landlords throughout southern England. The SPLA with its 23 branches is affiliated to the National Federation of Residential Landlords (NFRL) which represents landlords at Government level.

The SPLA’s aim is to achieve and maintain quality accommodation for rent and actively encourage members to apply first class management practices to their enterprise, whilst representing and protecting members’ interests at a local and national level
