The United Kingdom is being auctioned off lock stock and barrel via E Bay in a new twist on the pixel based advertising idea. www.OwntheUK.co.uk is the first site to offer this concept amongst many other similar ideas currently floating around the advertising medium. Companies, organisations or infact anyone can buy an area of the UK for the one off payment of £0.99 regardless of its demographic location and display their logo and a link to their website. This link is theirs for a period of 2 years and can be sold on by them at a later date if they wish to do so, some areas may become more profitable than others and can be traded in true monoploy fashion.
