Ladbrokes consolidates all online media through Unique Digital

Ladbrokes, the world’s largest bookmaker, has appointed digital direct response specialists Unique Digital to the handle online advertising and marketing for its sportsbook website, Ladbrokes.com.
The appointment follows Unique’s highly successful work on another area of Ladbrokes’ business, the hugely popular online gambling site Ladbrokes Casino, and in effect sees their entire online marketing strategy and implementation programme now consolidated under Unique’s wing.
Unique Digital will be combining their 5-year expertise and market knowledge of the online gambling sector to develop a strategy that maximises Ladbrokes’ sales ROI and minimises wastage.
As online gambling continues to grow apace in the UK (eMarketer forecasts European revenues to grow from last year’s figure of approximately £1 billion to £5 billion in 2006), Unique’s brief will focus on both growing and protecting Ladbrokes’ customer base in this fiercely competitive market.
