ClickTracks (www.clicktracks.com), a recognised leader and web analytics solution from J.L. Halsey, will announce at ad:tech London the integration of its web analytics technology with J.L. Halsey ‘s Lyris ListManager, the popular email marketing platform. ClickTracks has also expanded its central London office in response to increasing demand from organisations for more effective control over their Web strategies.
The new integrated ClickTracks/Lyris solution automatically exchanges information between ClickTracks and ListManager, enabling marketers to track the behavior of email list subscribers from the time they open a company's email to their activity on that company's Web site - including any subsequent page views, downloads, purchases, time on site and more. This insight allows marketers to continually hone their email message content, special offers, list segments, Web site content and site design to improve response rates and ROI.
Using the data provided by Lyris ListManager, a ClickTracks user can segment out email respondents and provide valuable insight into visitor behavior. For example, an email campaign drives 10,000 visitors to a landing page but only 3% convert. A marketer can then analyze the behavior of the 97% that didn't convert and target that segment with a follow up offer.
The expansion of ClickTracks’ London office underlines the commitment of J.L. Halsey to increasing UK market share and supporting its growing customer base. ClickTracks UK now operates with increased sales capability in London, with development and technical support services continuing from the existing Cambridge office.
