Locally targeted ads yield higher click through rates and increased CPMs


AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands (September 19, 2001) – Quova, Inc., a leading provider of Internet intelligence services to e-businesses, today announced that Falk eSolutions AG, the leading German provider of adserving technology, has selected Quova’s GeoPoint service to enhance its online ad network. GeoPoint has been seamlessly integrated into Falk’s pioneering adserving technology, AdSolution, allowing the company to offer locally targeted advertisements to its client base. Due to this new capability, Falk clients have already seen a substantial increase in revenues and CPMs.

Quova’s GeoPoint service enables Web sites to identify in real-time the geographic location of its visitors—with resolution levels from country down to city. GeoPoint is completely privacy-compliant, as it does not use cookies, profiles, registration data, or click-stream data to identify or track individuals.
