Added: (Thu Jan 19 2012)

Pressbox (Press Release) - LONDON, ONTARIO (January 16, 2011) – Siskinds LLP is excited to announce their “New Year Charity
Challenge” initiative. Siskinds has always been active in fundraising efforts for the London area, but this time
they wanted to create a unique opportunity where any London charity or non-profit can explain how they will
use the money to give back to our community and members of the public can vote on which organization
should be awarded the five-thousand dollars.
The New Year Charity Challenge start on January 16th and runs through January 29th. Charities must visit
http://www.facebook.com/siskinds to submit their proposal explaining how their charity would use the
$5000.00 donation to make a difference in the London community. A list of 10 finalists will be chosen and
then Facebook users will be invited to vote on the most deserving charity with the winning charity announced
on February 17th.
According to Laurie Hause, Director of Marketing at Siskinds, “Siskinds supports and encourages corporate
community involvement as a way to show our regard to the community we make home. We have a close
relationship with many organizations in the London community, but this time we wanted the community to
work with us and have a say where we donate. Our goal remains the same - to help an organization make a
real difference in our local community.”
