Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law Strengthens Company & Commercial Unit

Pressbox (Press Release) - Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law has brought on board a corporate specialist to strengthen its respected Company & Commercial unit.

Russell Bateman, who made a name for himself with Manchester law firm Berg Legal, joins the 15-strong team, making it one of the largest independent commercial departments outside of Manchester city centre.

Department head Roger Hinchliffe, said: “I am delighted that Russell has joined the team at an exciting and busy time and would like to wish him a long and successful career at Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law. He will complement our principle of offering clients a holistic service for their business needs.”

Russell revealed he was attracted by the Partners’ ambitious vision for the future: “Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law has a clear strategy that allows it to adapt to the ever increasing demands and pressures on businesses. Mr Hinchliffe commented: “I can’t think of a more comprehensive legal practice in Oldham right now, or North East Manchester for that matter, and this appointment presents us with a number of benefits in line with the firm's strategic objective to expand our regional reach.
