Pressbox (Press Release) - ( EMAILWIRE.COM, October 18, 2006 ) Helsinki, Finland – Patent infringement lawsuit against Amazon.com (AMZN) and Browne CO Ltd for U.S. Patent No. 5,725,305 has been settled and the lawsuit withdrawn (United States District Court, District of Maine; Case Number: 2:06-cv-46) .

The payment was done to settle the case and sued parties are now allowed to continue selling products in the US protected by the patent owned by the Swedish inventor, Louise Delbor.
