Pressbox (Press Release) - Tom has been representing clients in the courtroom for 28 years. Tom has an exhaustive background in creditors' rights, construction law and commercial litigation. He served as a briefing attorney for the 9th Court of Appeals, Beaumont, Texas under Justice Quentin Keith before coming to ELMS-HARMON-MACCHIA, LLC.

Tom is a partner with ELMS-HARMON-MACCHIA, LLC and has practiced law in San Antonio since 1982. He received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Kent State University in 1974. Tom is licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Claims, and the United States District Courts- Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
