Increase in new orders prove nFlow really is easy to buy

Added: (Tue Jul 11 2006)

nFlow report that their strategy of making digital dictation workflow software easy to buy has been a resounding success, with their first half year figures beating all expectations. nFlow say that in contrast to its major competitors, who in some cases are virtually giving their product away to compete, the success has been obtained at sensible profit levels with customers responding very positively to nFlow’s differentiator of high quality, professional and personable service.

Although predominantly a leading supplier to small and medium sized law firms, nFlow has an exclusive set of large law firm customers, which it has also succeeded in growing this year with exactly the same approach. New wins have come from all over, with firms such as Ellisons, Birch Cullimore, Simcocks, Royds and Whatley Lane, to name a few, having chosen nFlow. nFlow also report considerable success in Scotland with firms such as Ross & Connell and Gillespie Macandrew.

Alan Dearsley, at Ellisons Solicitors says, "We chose nFlow after we had looked at a number of suppliers because we felt very comfortable with what they offered. Most dictation software seems to do roughly the same and so the main point of differentiation was how we perceived the suppliers would work with us. It was clear that nFlow would give us the best focus in helping us to achieve what we wanted. I am pleased to say that they have lived up to their excellent reputation in all areas.”

Stephen Roberts of Birch Cullimore adds, 'Our experiences with nFlow have been excellent. The customer service is first class and we couldn't ask for more out of the product. We are very pleased with our choice. nFlow are right when they say it's easy to buy!'

Mary Ritchie of Scottish law firm Ross & Connell concludes “We have found everything about nFlow really first class. Right from quotation to support is excellent. Everything happened exactly when it was supposed to happen and the nFlow team couldn't have done more.”

nFlow responds that the first half of this year has been hard work, but exciting and fun at the same time. Some of the projects completed have presented significant technical challenges, but the team have worked hard to build on the success they had earlier in the year when they won the coveted ‘Best Customer Focused Supplier’ at the Legal Technology Awards. In many cases customers said they were impressed that the nFlow team were happy to give positive assistance and advice on issues that were nothing to do with them, something seen by many as a bit of fresh air when they are used to suppliers washing their hands quickly of problems.

With the second half of the year looking to be busier than the first, nFlow believes it is well on course to take the number two spot in the market over the coming months.
