Added: (Thu Oct 26 2006)

Pressbox (Press Release) - ( EMAILWIRE.COM, October 26, 2006 ) Helsinki, Finland -- Rosnell Patentti Ltd has left the dispute to be solved in arbitration done by Finnish Chamber of Commerce. The dispute relates to a patented invention of skiing poles.

“Our company is a small family owned company, commercializing inventions done by my husband Markku Rosnellin. Skiing pole invention is a good example of his ability to create commercially working inventions. The invention is based on several years of prototyping independently and together with Exel. We should get reasonably compensation for the hard work. Unfortunately last years have been wasted on dispute with Exel.” Says Helena Karjainen-Rosnell of Rosnell Patentti Ltd.

Anadeus a Finnish company specializing in patent licensing and litigation financing has agreed to finance the solving of the dispute.

Antti Kosunen, managing director of Anadeus says:”We recently received payment to for our litigation against Amazon.com and Browne CO. That is what we always intend to do, to get disputes settled. We are hoping that Exel would also decide to pay reasonably compensation for the use of the patent.”
