Divorce-online protects homeowners with new service

Pressbox (Press Release) - Divorce-Online have today launched a special service for married people who have separated from their spouses which will allow them to register a caution at the Land Registry to prevent their spouses selling the matrimonial home without either their permission or a court order.

This applies where on party owns the home outright and the other party is not named on the deeds to the property.

This is yet another service traditionally carried out by Solicitors who charge high hourly rates for what is essentially an administrative service.

The service costs just £40.00 and includes the Land Registry fees.
