Class Action Suit open to ALL Medical Marijuana people

I have been in Federal Court twice fighting the first time over an eviction from a State owned, Federal Funded housing unit in Anacortes, WA. The First time I went to Federal Court in Seattle, WA and had Judge Lasnik, I fought under the option of Medical Nessessary and the Federal Judge said in Open Court that he did not care how much a person suffered.

The Second time in Federal Court It was fought under the 4th ( right to life ) and also the 8th ( Right not to have to suffer ) and the 10th ( The right to have a Doctor act the way a State wants them to. ) Both times I was NOT allowed a Jury trial and both imes it was under Judge Lasnik, also in State Court a STATE Judge said HE did not care what the voters of Washington State had to say he did not like I-692 and was not going to stand by the LAW then with him saying that we were thrown out of our home.

Now I am getting ready on the First of Dec. to file two Lawsuits in Federal Court.

The First is on the FDA for giving false Statements about the Medical use of Marijuana and also on the U.S. Dept. of Justice for TORTURE at the hands of the Federal Government for not allowing the use of the ONLY medication that stops the suffering. This first Lawsuit is going to be a CLASS ACTION Lawsuit open to ALL the Medical Marijuana people in ALL 11 States that allow for the Medical Use of Marijuana.

The Second will be a Lawsuit demanding for the LEGAL end of my life due to never ending intractable pain and suffering that the Federal Government could have helped but instead because of pay-offs the Feds would rather let someone suffer and die.

PROTECT OUR RIGHTS. PLEASE NOTE OUR CURRENT GOVERNOR AND STATE ATTORNEY WILL NOT SUPPORT STATE VOTERS WHEN IT COMES TO I-692 IF THE PEOPLE WE TRUST WILL NOT PROTECT THE SICK AND DISABLED VOTERS OF THIS STATE THEN THEY NEED TO NEVER RUN FOR ANY OFFICE EVER AGAIN.
