Has set themselves a massive task in a new never before tried fundraising effort, they are trying to rise £1 million pounds plus. In a 80 days around the Internet campaign, by asking each person who visits the web site for a donation of £1 minimum collected by a secure credit card server. Anyone can sign the guest books on the site with their personal, family web site details. Any small or major company can do the same, the aim being to raise money to build more hospices, in different parts of the country. The Guinness Book of world records, have no record for this type of fundraising record. So if they raise a £1 million plus they will set a new world record.

The web address is Http://www.zoes-place.org

By passing the web address around the Internet, like so many chain letters or get rich schemes, they are looking to people power and the chance put your personal web address on a site that has a very high hit rate next to a large company web site, will all help the fundraising. Is a million in 80 days possible that’s £12,500 a day? Zöe’s will have been going five years in February 2001, so they have got this far. With as much help as possible from Internet user’s worldwide they could just do it.
