WebriQ launches its new portal and its Live Help feature

Added: (Thu Jun 18 2009)

Brussels, BELGIUM, May 18th, 2009 -- WebriQ provides a dynamic portal engine and content management system that enables anyone to publish their own website, and that from a simple informative website to a complex multisite and multilingual business, community or news portal.
WebriQ is launching its own new portal based on its own technology and is re branding its services with a new logo and a new look and feel. It will enable viewers and customers to navigate easily through the entire WebriQ service offer and allow viewers to quickly go to the information needed and required. It will enhance the quality time spent on the site. There are clearly demarcated sections, so the viewers can immediately go to the desired information.
We are also launching our Live Help feature, available not only on our main portal, but also available for those viewers who elect to sign up for our web building service or for the customers who already have a site provisioned and operating on our service. Currently we provide Live Help for the English speaking markets and the Live Help is available between 6am GMT and 6pm GMT.
WEBRIQ offers four different service packages, starting from a Free service for the hobbyists, and is therefore called Hobby. Beyond that we have three premium packages: one specially designed for community users, one that is taking advantage of all Multimedia features used in modern websites and one that is target ting business users and has therefore a lot of advanced e-commerce tools integrated. Our premium packages carry therefore simple names: Community, Multimedia and Business. Each of these packages have associated templates, like myBusiness and my Community amongst other templates that are more generic.
We currently offer an interface in six different languages namely English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Hungarian and we will continue to build additional language interfaces in the near future.
