Added: (Wed Jan 25 2012)

Pressbox (Press Release) - SEATTLE - Dropbox becomes your free web host when you use foneFrame, the mobile phone software from Azalea Software, Inc., to build your mobile web pages. [www.foneFrame.com/write/]

Create a mobile web page on foneFrame.com and upload your web files directly to Dropbox. Anything uploaded to your Dropbox Public folder, including foneFrame web files, has its own URL. Watch how easy it is: http://youtu.be/QI-WJjDMvsA

foneFrame is a new way to make mobile web pages. Launched as a Kickstarter project [http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/JetCityOrange/foneframe-a-mobile-web-framework], it's a suite of tools including templates, web apps, and other sample code that makes creating web pages for smartphones like Android and iPhone quick and easy. Written in HTML5, foneFrame is a flexible and extensible framework.

Dropbox [http://www.dropbox.com] is a cloud-based service that includes 2GB of storage for free. By linking foneFrame to Dropbox, Azalea Software has created a new, exciting way to publish web pages without a traditional host or FTPing files to a server. foneFrame + Dropbox puts mobile web sites within everyone's reach.

foneFrame is free under Creative Commons (CC BY 3.0). The basic template is hosted in the cloud for speed and ease of use. Designed for alerts and updates like Twitter, foneFrame was inspired by the use of social media and cell phones during The Arab Spring and #OccupyWallStreet. foneFrame publishes mobile pages using your computer or smartphone without relying on sites like Twitter or Facebook which can be blocked or censored.

"Wiring foneFrame into Dropbox brings mobile sites within everyone's reach (and budget). Both foneFrame and Dropbox are free and now they work together seamlessly." says Miranda Pinero, Azalea Software's Director of Sales & Operations. "By eliminating hosting plans and the need to FTP files, foneFrame makes mobile web publishing almost too easy."

foneFrame is an HTML5 framework and includes templates [http://foneFrame.com/fF/], a web app that creates RSS feeds [http://foneFrame.com/RSS/] and a Twitter hack [http://foneFrame.com/Twitter/]. An Android app is under development, as are other 'interesting' projects.

Azalea Software, Inc., Seattle WA, publishes mobile dev tools [http://foneFrame.com], an Android QR app [http://QRdvark.com], and barcode software [http://azalea.com]. Azalea Software colors outside the lines and holds the three jewels dear.
